A circuit and a method for driving pixels, and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprising the circuit are provided to operate the display device under higher frequency even while the charging time of a pixel and the luminous time are not reduced, thereby offering an image of good picture quality. A first switch unit(30) is coupled with a data line, a gate line, and a storage unit. The first switch unit is used for charging the storage unit. A second switch unit(32) is coupled with the storage unit, a charge transmission line, and a pixel-driving unit. The second switch unit is used for charging the pixel-driving unit by using charges stored in the storage unit. A third switch unit(34) is coupled with a common electrode voltage line, the charge transmission line, and the pixel-driving unit. The third switch unit is turned on through the common electrode voltage line to discharge the pixel-driving unit. A unit electrode is driven according to a voltage level of the pixel-driving unit so as to determine the operation of a corresponding pixel. |
