An extension method by changing the structure of the existing batcher plant and a ready mixed concrete manufacturing device using the same are provided to increase the output of ready mixed concrete doubly without adding the batcher plant and to produce the ready mixed concrete continuously by continuously repeating the processes. In an extension method by changing the structure of the existing batcher plant, the existing mixer is moved to one side and then, a new mixer(13) is installed adjacent to one side in order to form two mixers in a batcher plant body(10). The existing scale is moved to one side and then, a new scale(20) is installed at one side to form first and second scales in the engineering structure(300). Sensors are installed at the starting and finishing points where aggregates are loaded and transferred by a belt conveyor(30), in order to detect the transfer position of aggregates. A direction changing unit(50) is operated by a signal of the sensor and installed at the upper part of the mixer to pour the transferred aggregates selectively into one of two mixers installed in the batcher plant body. |
