An overflow system for draining a sink or bath comprises a length of tubing (32) which connects on outlet of the bath (22) to the water outlet pipe (17). The system is preferably arranged such that liquid is drained siphonically therethrough e.g. by incorporating a flow restriction (34). Independent claims are directed to: <SL> <LI>(i) tubing for an overflow system, the tubing having a first portion of greater internal diameter than a second portion, the tubing being arranged, in use, such that liquid is drained siphonically therethrough; and <LI>(ii) a fitting adapted to create a flow restriction in overflow tubing such that, in use, liquid is drained siphonically therethrough. </SL> |
