A conveyor belt cleaner blade having a blade portion (16) with a tip that is to scrape against a conveyor belt (10). The blade (16) mounts on a support beam (17) transverse of the belt (10). The blade (16) has an abutment surface (46, figure6) which lies on a plain between the sides of the blade. The internal abutment surface (46) may be recessed in a passage running through the blade (16) and be engaged by a tool (48) to remove the blade (16). |
