The proposed modification (NAH1S, Novel Azimuthal Heliotrope with one slot) on the previous patent (Novel Azimuthal Heliotrope, patent 1005380), has only one guide slot (8) on its external cylinder surface (9). The NAH1S has a relative performance compared to T2ax, 96 o , higher than the common azimuthal tracker with fixed slope angle (-87 o ). In comparison to the NAH with two slots (NAH2S), indicates lower performance but with the advantage of the absence of seasonal adjustment. This modified innovative device can be used in systems related to solar applications, and especially to photovoltaic applications. |
