A device for automatically handling patient's excrements is provided to help a patient who has a physical handicap to dispose of his/her excrements without the help of other people in a sanitary manner. A device for automatically handling patient's excrements includes a diaper portion(100), an excrement collecting portion(200), a suction portion(300), a bad smell removing portion(400), a washing water supply portion(500), a valve device portion(600) and a control unit. The suction portion includes a vacuum tank(310) and a vacuum pump(320) to operate suction power to collect the excrements in the excrement collecting portion. The washing water supply portion includes a washing water tank(510), a warm water drum(520) and a water pump(530).
