Method of treating industrial water making it possible to limit the formation of a biofilm and device for implementing the method

The process for treating industrial water used in a fabrication of products containing cellulosic fibers using biocides, comprises reducing a formation of biological deposits on the elements of an installation of fabricating the products containing cellulosic fibers, deriving a part of water, and directly contacting a quantity of vapor with the derived water and another quantity of vapor with non-derived water for maintaining a determined temperature and pressure of the water. The vapor contacted with the derived and non-derived water is maintained under pressure. An independent claim is included for a device for treating industrial water.
