The element (103) has a pin forming an obstacle e.g. annular elastic ribbon, at axial displacement of an annular locking element with respect to a locking ball (150A-150C) and a helical pull off spring (139) provided in the pin. A detection ball (151A-151D) detecting an end piece (102) radially arranged between a channel (130) and the pin. The detection ball is radially moved by the end piece in a released position to retract the pin. The pin and the spring are provided with retaining rings in the form of elastic circlip and globally circular section wires, respectively.
