An automatic flag hoisting apparatus is provided to hoist a flag automatically by setting a hosting time and date of the flag. An automatic flag hoisting apparatus includes a terminal box, a flag(20), a flag hosting unit(30), a mourning flag hoisting unit, and a control box(70). The terminal box receives the flag. The flag hoisting unit hoists the flag received in the terminal box. The mourning flag hoisting unit hoists a mourning flag. The control box controls the flag hoisting unit and the mourning flag hoisting unit. The mourning flag hoisting unit has a mourning flag bar(51), a rack(53), a pinion(55), and a mourning flag hosting motor(57). The mourning flag bar is protruded from a flag bar of the flag. The rack is formed on a lower part of the mourning flag bar. The pinion moves the rack. The mourning flag hoist motor is installed on the flag bar to drive the pinion. |
