An extrusion method for a prestressed concrete bridge with variable sections is provided to reduce negative moment by making side sections of the girder supported by piers thick and center section of the girder thin. An extrusion method for a prestressed concrete bridge with variable sections includes the steps of: manufacturing an upper girder(100) with variable sections behind an abutment, wherein parts of the upper girder supported by piers are thicker than a span center part of the upper girder in a section; and extruding the upper girder with variable sections toward the pier through an extruder. The extruder includes a bracket(200) and a wall support for erection(300). The bracket has sliding plates(224) located at both bottom sides of the upper girder. The wall support for erection has sliding rails(320) located on the top of each pier, corresponding to the sliding plates of the bracket. The upper girder with variable sections is extruded by sliding the sliding plates of the bracket on the sliding rails of the wall support for erection. |
