A pressure sensing module for an air conditioning system and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to preclude damage to a pressure detecting part and a substrate by securely bonding a filling material and a plank. A pressure sensing module for an air conditioning system comprises a pressure detecting part(10), a substrate(20), a plank(30), a cap(40), a cover(50), and a filling material. The pressure detecting part includes a pressure detecting member having an output pin, and an inlet pipe to guide a refrigerant to the pressure detecting member by forming an inlet hole. The substrate includes a main body part, a microchip, and a terminal for transmitting a signal output from the microchip. The plank has a cylindrical part and a guiding part with a guiding hole to insert the inlet pipe. The cap fixed on any one of fixing grooves of the plank has an opening part. The cover includes a cylinder extension part(53), an edge part(51) formed at the outside of the cylinder extension part, an inlet hole(55) and an outlet hole(57), and is inserted into the opening part of the cap. The filling material is condensed in a space formed by the cap and the cover via the inlet hole. The adhesion material is placed between the inlet pipe and a guiding pipe.
