A fire-resistant cylindrical nonflammable panel for a ship is provided to reduce a weight while maintaining an insulating function by being porously foamed through heating at a high temperature. A nonflammable material is fixed inside a case(10) forming bolt holes(1). The nonflammable material is formed by heating perlite 20%, gold magnet 30%, yellow magnet 30%, cement 10%, and high pressure adhesive 10% at a temperature of more than 1200°C to be foamed into a porous body. The nonflammable material is compressed with a press in a state of inserting a wire net(21) inside to form a panel(30) with a thickness of approximately 3cm. The panel is coupled to the case and then coupled to a pipe structure installed at a ship.
