The collapsible module is incorporated in demountable tent frames, comprising a node (1) with tubular spigots (1a,1b,1c) housing into the ends of two piece tubular cantilever arms (2a,2b,2c). An extendable link, incorporating a tie rod (5a) and a coil spring (6a), connects each arm to the relevant spigot (1a). The tie is pivotably attached to the spigot, and the spring is attached to an internal cross bar in the outer arm (2a) segment. A recessed axial barrel flat (4a) locates the rod (5a) below the spigot (1a) barrel contours, and windows (8a) define an axle (9a) to which the rod end is secured. A spring (6a) maintains arm (2a) in the deployed position, and extends further to permit segment (2a) and node separation. Once separate, the segments pivot to stack parallel one on another.
