To facilitate subsequent mounting of certain reflector systems on lights, especially for lights with straight florescent tubes of all safety classes, the light source , especially a florescent tube, consists of the facing/reflecting side of the reflector, and the oblique (facing away) side of the florescent tube is coated with an electrically insulating material, the coating being used to prevent creepage-currents and also coats the edges of the reflector. The connecting- or assembly-elements for securing the reflector are made of an electrically insulating material and do not penetrate the reflector made of metal-insulating material compound or penetrate the electrically insulating layer of the reflector and cover the oblique side to eliminate the basic insulated wire touching the metallic reflector, to eliminate creepage-currents or penetrate the metal-insulating material compound and the electrically insulating layer of the reflector by taking the penetrations ar ound the oblique face of the light source, especially the florescent tube, to eliminate creepage-currents. |
