METAL MOLD FOR TIRE FORMATION, PLUG FOR USE IN VENT HOLE OF METAL MOLD FOR TIRE FORMATION, AND TIRE MANUFACTURED WITH USE OF METAL MOLD FOR TIRE FORMATION

A metal mold for tire formation that realizes not only enhancing of evacuation efficiency at the time of tire vulcanization molding but also enhancing of the durability thereof; a plug for use in vent hole of such a metal mold for tire formation; and a tire manufactured with the use of the metal mold for tire formation. There is provided a metal mold for tire formation comprising vent holes (2) passing from inner surface (1a) of metal mold (1) toward outside (1b) of the metal mold, wherein each of the vent holes (2) thereinside is detachably fitted with plug main body (3). The plug main body (3) at its superior portion is provided with large-diameter head part (4a) and is composed of cylinder (4) having cylindrical part (4c) of the form of a cylinder furnished at its center with ventilation hole (4b) and valve (5) inserted in the ventilation hole (4b) of the cylinder (4) with interstice (7) interposed therebetween. The cylinder (4) at its side face is provided with throughhole (6) communicating with the interstice (7).
