A rubber screen for sorting ores is provided to form sorting holes in the desirable size by making the inside of the sorting hole vertically by forming a shock relieving rubber layer between cord yarn layers. In a rubber screen(100) for sorting ores, a first cord yarn layer(110) is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate by using a conveyor belt including at least one fold of one of tire cord yarns, a filter cloth, and reinforced cord yarns in one of vertical direction, horizontal direction, and vertical and horizontal directions, polyurethane, or wear-resistant rubber. A shock relieving rubber layer(120) is formed in the same shape of the first cord yarn layer and laminated on the upside of the first cord yarn layer. A second cord yarn layer(130) is formed in the same shape of the first cord yarn layer. The second cord yarn layer is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate by using a conveyor belt including at least one fold of one of tire cord yarns, a filter cloth, and reinforced cord yarns in one of vertical direction, horizontal direction, and vertical and horizontal directions, polyurethane, or wear-resistant rubber, and laminated on the upside of the shock relieving rubber layer. Plural sorting holes(140) are bored through the second cord yarn layer, the shock relieving rubber layer, and the first cord yarn layer. |
