METHOD AND TREATMENT APPARATUS OF DREDGED SEDIMENT

A dredged soil treatment apparatus and a method adopting self-collision are provided to obtain products of high quality by clearly removing foreign material by dispersing sand and sludge with high adhesive power to each other by self-collision force. A dredged soil treatment apparatus adopting self-collision is composed of: a vibrating screen(1) sorting out aggregates of the relative small grain size in the soil dredged from the bottom of the river; a trommel(2) sorting out pebbles passing through the vibrating screen; a cleaning tank(3) washing the sand sorted by the trommel, by the cleaning water; a dispersing and cleaning unit(10) for dispersing and cleaning the sand by self-collision by feeding the sand from the upper and lower parts; a sand sorter(4) sorting out the sand by receiving the dredged soil dispersed by the dispersing and cleaning unit; an agglomerating unit(5) for agglomerating sludge by adding a coagulant to the sludge mixture that the sand is sorted by the sand sorter; a precipitation tank(6) precipitating the solid sludge of the sludge mixture passing through the agglomerating unit; and a filter press(7) dewatering the solid sludge settled down in the precipitation tank.
