<p>The device comprises a twisting station (4), an arrangement of partially movable mobile fixtures (17) for cords (2) to be twisted arranged against an open centre in such a way that it consist of an axis (20) passing through the centre in the same angle, and means for a first and second movement of the fixtures. The first movement changes its layers and its angle to the axis operated between a rest position to a working position so that the different position of the second movement allows and the second movement of the group of the fixtures rotates in rest position. The radial grooves are formed as slot and the fixture comprises supporting elements that are formed as edges standing in a type of flanges. The grooves are arranged in a plain passing vertically to the axis. The means for the first movement comprises grippers formed cooperating with the fixtures. The means are formed to bring the assigned fixtures from the rest position to the working position. The means for the first movement comprises a carrier arrangement movable in the direction for the grippers. On the carrier arrangement, the gripper is articulated. Each gripper is assigned a pivot drive, whose swiveling area permits the lower gripping of one of the gripper assigned the fixture lying in the rest position on the one hand and the complete release of the gripper by the fixture on the other hand. The swiveling drive is formed as pneumatic cylinder. The means for the second movement comprises a rotation drive for the levy table rotating around the axis. The four fixtures and the four grippers comprise adjoining grooves in the supporting table around an angle of 90[deg] and the further interlocking step is carried out around an angle of 180[deg] in the rotation tact to the rotation of the supporting table. A support is intended for the twisted goods, supports the goods in the area of the axis and recedes with each twisting step in the feed direction of the twisted goods. A conveyor arranged for the supply of cords to be twisted recedes correspondingly in the fixtures present in the rest position. The movement flow of the conveyor, the first movement, the second movement and the support coordinate over a computer program in such a way that a pre-determined braid sample arises in the operation of the device.</p> |
