A lens delivery system cartridge and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to have a distal nozzle wherein a linear thin wall is formed, and to contain a reinforcing gusset for preventing the division of the cartridge. A lens delivery system cartridge includes a body(12), a tube shaped nozzle(14) and a transition area(20). The tube shaped nozzle is connected to the body, and protrudes to a distal end from the body. The proximal end of the tube shaped nozzle has a tapered shape part and the distal end of the tube shaped nozzle has a linear shape. The transition region is disposed between the taper shaped part and the linear shaped part(18) of the nozzle. The taper shaped part(16) includes plural flow leaders(26). The cartridge is molded with a thermosetting plastic, for example, polypropylene.
