PURPOSE:To dehydrate paint waste with dehydration efficiency and less energy consumption by sticking the tacky dehydrated paint waste obtained by being supplied between two pieces of rolls on the 3rd roll which is rotated in contact with one of these rolls then scraping the same. CONSTITUTION:While rolls 5, 6, 9 are being revolved respectively in arrow directions, paint dregs contg. a large amount of moisture are supplied from a hopper 12 onto the rolls 5, 6. The dregs 13 are dehydrated by the compressive force between the rolls 5, 6, and the dehydrated paint dregs are stuck mainly on the roll 6. Thence, the dregs 13 stuck on the roll 6 are stuck to the roll 9 according to its revolution, after which they are scraped from the roll surface by a scraping blade 10 and are contained in a paint dreg receiver 11 via the upper surface 10a of the blade 10. On the other hand, the water separated by dehydration and remained on the dregs 13 between the rolls 5, 6 is removed by means such as suction. |
