A method includes running the tubular body into the wellbore, the tubular body having a deformed portion. The deformed portion is reformed, using a cone expander or fluid pressure, and a two-position expander is placed in the reformed portion. The expander is shifted to a second, larger diameter position and the reformed portion is expanded by urging the expander therethrough. In this manner a monobore well may be formed. |
