Saddle support for fixing a saddle of a vehicle, especially a bicycle, comprises an outer part (2) surrounding an inner part (1) receiving the saddle at least partly under formation of a gap (8). A roller bearing is provided for linear bearing of the inner part against the outer part. A spring element (5) acting in the bearing direction is provided for suspension of the inner part. The roller bearing is formed by a linear bearing unit (9) with a roller body return. The roller body rolls on roller body tracks. At least one roller body track is formed on the linear bearing unit and at least one is formed on the inner part. <??>Preferred Features: The linear bearing unit is fixed in a recess in the outer part. The inner part has a cylindrical surface. The linear bearing unit is a recirculating ball bushing. |
