A dynamic property modeling method for predicting a metastable zone width in a batch crystallization process is provided to display the metastable zone width in a dynamic state and offer a new experimental model capable of properly representing property of the metastable zone width in a dynamically changed solution state. A metastable zone width for a batch crystallization process is predicted by using a mathematical formula. The mathematical formula is related to a time constant for dynamic property of a metastable zone width, time, a constant for the dynamic property of the metastable zone width, an operation variable inducing supersaturation, and a maximum supersaturation concentration. The operation value is one or more than two of solution cooling speed, anti-solvent input speed, salt input speed, and solvent evaporation speed.
