PURPOSE:To enhance durability and sealing performance of an elastic valve seat by furnishing a ring-shaped spring receptacle between the valve seat retaining spring and this elastic valve seat. CONSTITUTION:A valve composed of an elastic valve seat 4 and a pressure receiving piston 8 is formed between the input A and output B chambers. This elastic valve seat 4 retains the position by receiving the leftwise force given by the valve seat retaining spring 17. A ring-shaped spring receiving member 23 is installed between the valve seat 4 and this spring 17 in order to transmit the the force of the spring 17 evenly. Thereby, risk of damaging the valve seat by the end of the spring 17 is eliminated, and the sealing performance is enhanced. |
