A room mirror structure of a vehicle is provided to improve interior of the vehicle by covering a room mirror housed in a ceiling with a cover. A room mirror structure of a vehicle comprises a room mirror, a room mirror case(3), a hinge(7), and a slidable cover(13). The room mirror case is formed at the front of a ceiling(1) adjacent to a windshield to house the room mirror. The hinge is installed at the room mirror case whose bottom is open. The room mirror pivots around the hinge to be located in and out of the room mirror case. The slidable cover closes and opens the room mirror case.
