PURPOSE:To obtain an undeformable effective platy heat exchanger by bending a base plate made up of platy, thin metallic sheets and bare parts of a metallic tube which are in close contact with the base plate in the same process. CONSTITUTION:A metallic tube 3 is arranged in zigzag on a base plate 2 made up of platy thin metallic sheets. Metallic keep plates 4A, 4B provided with plural tube fitting parts 4a in which the tube is fitted are welded to the base plate 2 keeping one from another. A platy heat exchanger in which bare tube parts 3A are formed between the keep plates 4A, 4B is fixed to a working device and the bare tube parts 3A are bent with the base plate at right angles. By this way, a platy heat exchanger provided with bent parts in the bare tube parts 3A and long linear parts on both ends of the said parts is obtained easily. |
