An improved dental syringe and a syringe needle are provided to couple a syringe needle to a syringe by pushing the syringe needle to the syringe simply and to protect medical staff. An improved dental syringe includes a body, a syringe needle separating member(31) and a protrusion portion(135). A first circular hole is formed on an inlet of the body, and a guide recess is formed on a part of the inner wall of the upper part of the body. A second circular hole corresponding to the first circular hole is formed on an inlet of the syringe needle separating member. A protrusion is formed on the upper outer wall of the syringe needle separating member. The protrusion portion is formed on the lower part of a circular hook of a cylinder(13) to give force to a cylinder guide member(14) of the body.
