摘要 An image sensing apparatus, a method for processing an image signal, a light sensing device, a control method, and a pixel array are provided to increase accuracy of measured color at high illumination by reinforcing infrared rays, and reinforce the color at low illumination by reinforcing the colors by using the infrared rays, thereby enabling photographing in a dark situation. An image sensing apparatus comprises a color filter array(100), an image sensor(200), and an image signal processor(300). The color filter array has a color filter unit(110). The color filter unit has red, green, and blue-pass filters(120,130,140). The image sensor provides an image signal to the image signal processor, wherein the image signal corresponds to light projected through the color filter array. The image sensor includes a pixel array(210), a shift resister(220), a sample and holder(230), a gain adjusting part(240), and an analog-to-digital converter(250). The pixel array provides an analog image signal of pixels(211) selected by the control signal of the shift resister to the sample and holder. The image signal processor carries out an infrared ray signal process(310). The image signal processor carries out a gamma correction(320) and an auto white balance(330). The infrared ray signal process includes an infrared ray compensation(311), an infrared ray reinforcement(312), and an auto infrared ray modification(313).
