The corrugated tube includes a tubular body having large and small diameter portions and a longitudinal slit formed along a generating line of the tube body. The tube includes a communication hole formed generally in the large-diameter portions. A tube guide is provided in the apparatus for guiding the tubular body during the process of forming the perforations.
