A silicone rubber composition is provided to ensure excellent heat resistance, especially to produce a cured material exhibiting high heat resistance even in a closed condition. A silicone rubber composition for a fixing roller or fixing belt comprises (a) 100 parts by mass of an organopolysiloxane containing at least two alkenyl groups bound with a silicon atom in a molecule, (b) 0-30 parts by mass of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two hydrogen atoms bonded with a silicon atom in a molecule without containing other functional group and having a viscosity of 1,000 mPa.s or less at 25 °C, (c) 0.1-30 parts by mass of a liquid-phase organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two hydrogen atoms bound with a silicon atom in a molecule, containing at least two alkoxy groups and/or aryloxy groups bound with a silicon atom, and having a viscosity of 1,000 mPa.s or less at 25 °C, (d) 0.1-1,000 parts by mass of an inorganic filler, and (e) a catalytic amount of an addition reaction catalyst. A mole ratio of SiH groups in the components (B) and (C) to silicon atom-bound alkenyl groups in the component (A) is 0.2-2.0. When the component (B) is blended, a molar ratio of SiH groups in the component (B) to SiH groups in the component (C) is smaller than 1.
