In an intraocular anterior chamber lens (1) there are provided rear loops (2, 3) which project radially over the circumference of the lens (1) with an offset, and as anterior fastening element, a hook (8) for suspension in the iridectomy. The hook (8) has a bent section (12) which is bent backwards and has a radial spacing from the lens circumference, and a terminal section (13) which is located in an area extending behind the lens (1).
