A coupling structure and a manufacturing method of a desk upper plate having an enforced glass attached thereto for a student is provided to remove the problem that a molding is separated from an upper plate body. An enforced glass(14) is fixed on the upper part of an upper plate body(11) in a desk upper plate(10). A protrusion portion(121) enclosing the upper/lower surfaces of the end of the upper plate body protrudes in a predetermined thickness. A molding(12) is injection-molded on the outer circumferential surface(111) of the upper plate body by using synthetic resin. An insertion recess is formed by the molding. The enforced glass having a sheet paper(141) adhered on the lower surface thereof is inserted into and fixed to the insertion recess.
