METHOD FOR INFORMING AIR POLLUTION AREA OF CAR AIR CONDITIONER

A method for informing a polluted area of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to preventing entering of polluted external air into an interior of the vehicle by encouraging a user to select an AQS(Air Quality control System) mode by blinking an indicator if the AQS mode is not selected. A method for informing a polluted area of an air conditioner for a vehicle comprises the steps of: judging whether an AQS button is turned on when controlling the air conditioner(S10); detecting pollution level of external air by using an AQS sensor if the AQS button is not turned on, and judging whether the air conditioner is in an internal air mode if the measured pollution level is over a set pollution level(S20); and keeping control of the air conditioner with a proceeding control mode if the air conditioner is in the internal air mode, and blinking an indicator for informing the polluted area if the air conditioner is in the external air mode(S40).
