A wireless nasal spray used in otolaryngology is provided to help doctors conveniently and quickly examine and treat their patients without having a limit to the operation range of the spray. A nasal spray(100) comprises; a spray portion(110) for spraying a liquid medicine through a nozzle(116) by compressed air that is supplied whenever a user presses a button(114); a compressed air storage(130) having a storage chamber; an interface(150) fixed to a table(T), for supplying compressed air in response to a signal that is sensed by a sensor on the outer periphery; a controller(170) for controlling the interface and a compressed air supply(200) in response to the sensed value from the sensor; and a foreign matter remover for removing any foreign matter attached to the inside of the interface by spraying compressed air under the control of the controller.
