A micro-pile for reinforcement is provided to improve mechanical property and adhesion of concrete and obtain improved corrosion resistance by covering the pile with a coating layer. A micro-pile for reinforcement comprises a thread(110), a centerizer(120), an anchor plate(140), couplers(130), and a lock nut(150). The thread is formed on the outer surface of the pile. The coupler links the piles with each other. The anchor plate and the lock nut are used to fix the pile to the ground. A coating layer is formed on the outer surface of the pile by applying high frequency heat at 220~240°C. The coating layer contains 0~3% of 120~200mu chemical components 60~70% of more than 32mu. |
