A treatment method of organic materials contained in wastewater is provided to perform reproduction of the adsorbent and decomposition of the organic materials simply by efficiently separating and decomposing the organic materials adsorbed onto the adsorbent when separating the organic materials contained in the wastewater, a treatment apparatus of the organic materials is provided, a treatment system of the organic materials is provided, and a bitumen recovery system is provided. A treatment apparatus of organic materials contained in wastewater comprises an adsorption tank(2) filled with an adsorbent(3) therein, and an electrolyzer(6) which includes an anode(9) and a cathode(8) and electrolyzes water comprising an electrolyte by flowing an electric current between the anode and cathode, wherein wastewater containing the organic materials is supplied to the adsorption tank to adsorb the organic materials onto the adsorbent filled in the adsorption tank, and pipes(5,11) for circulating and supplying an electrolyte of the electrolyzer to the adsorption tank are disposed to separate or decompose the organic materials adsorbed onto the adsorbent. The organic materials comprise organic acids as a main component. The adsorbent is activated carbon or zeolite. The anode comprises a layer formed on a titanium substrate, the layer comprising at least one of platinum, ruthenium, iridium, palladium, and rhodium. The electrolyte is sodium chloride or potassium chloride.
