摘要 PURPOSE:To improve output efficiency by a method wherein a transparent protective board, a transparent film, a solar cell, a dampproof film and a metallic plate are laminated in succession from a light-receiving surface, heat collectors are disposed to the lower section of the metallic plate in a heat transfer manner and the circumference is surrounded by a heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The solar cells 3 arbitrarily connected are disposed into a frame body 11, and electric energy is extracted from a lead wire terminal 12. The heat collector 8 is arranged to the lower sections of the cells 3 in a heat transfer manner, a thermal medium such as water is passed through the heat collector 8, and solar energy is extracted as thermal energy. The solar cells 3 are laminated among the transparent film 2 and both a thermoplastic film 4 and the dampproof film 5 as integral bodies. The heat collector 8 is wrapped between the metallic plate 6 disposed just under a laminate and a body obtained by lining metallic foil 9 to the upper surface of the heat insulating material 10 to which grooves are dug, and transfers heat sufficiently from an upper section and insulates heat to a lower surface.
