A portable book support device capable of being put on is provided to adjust the angle of a support shaft and a support plate according to user's physical structure by using angle adjusters. In a portable book support device capable of being put on, a support plate(20) is formed on one side of a support plate(10), paper compression members(21,21') are formed on the upper part of the support plate, and a support shaft(30) is coupled to the bottom of the support plate. Angle adjusters(32,32') are coupled to both ends of the support shaft. A support plate is coupled to the front end of the support shaft. A separate abdomen adhesion plate(40) is coupled to the lower end of the support shaft. Fixing brackets(33) are formed on the bottom of the support plate and on the supper surface of the abdomen adhesion plate.
