METHOD FOR IMPROVING EFFCIENCY OF DESULFURIZING OPERATION IN KR

A method for improving efficiency of desulfurizing operation in a KR(Kanvara Reactor) is provided to prevent a desulfurizing agent from being attached at an impeller by uniform dispersion of the desulfurizing agent in a molten iron. A KR(Kanvara Reactor) rotates and desulfurizes an impeller. A gas generating raw material is injected in an upper side of a molten iron by 1.5 to 6% of a desulfurizing agent weight contrast after injecting the desulfurizing agent. The gas generating raw material is calcium hydroxide or limestone. The gas generating raw material is injected in a 60 to 80% section of the entire work section in which rotary speed of the impeller is maintained at a maximum speed.
