摘要 An assembly method system of an engine piston is provided to simplify the system and a conveying structure and to reduce assembling space by transferring a cylinder block and a piston assembly with conveyor units and assembling the piston assembly to the cylinder block with an assembly unit. An assembly method system of an engine piston comprises a first conveyor unit(10), a second conveyor unit(20), an assembly unit(30), a first robot(40), a second robot(50), and a third robot. The first conveyor unit transfers a cylinder block(2). Located in parallel to the first conveyor unit, the second conveyor unit transfers a piston and a connecting rod to be assembled to the cylinder block. The assembly unit assembles the piston and connecting rod to the cylinder block and is located between the first and second conveyor units. The first robot is installed between the first conveyor unit and the assembly unit to set the cylinder block on the first conveyor unit to the assembly unit. The second robot is installed between the second conveyor unit and the assembly unit to transfer the piston and the connection rod on the second conveyor unit to the assembly unit. The third robot transfers an assembled product(6) from the assembly unit.
