A display unit cover, a display device having the same, and a method for replacing the display device are provided to facilitate replacement work for the display device and to improve an aesthetic appearance of the display device by covering at least a portion of a display unit with a cover body. A display unit cover(10) comprises a cover body(11), and a cover control unit(12). The cover body surrounds a display unit(20) in such a manner that a display surface(20a) of the display unit is exposed to the outside. The cover body is arranged in parallel to an outer peripheral portion of an installation space(S) formed in a vehicle to install audio and video equipment. The cover control unit is exposed out of the cover body to control the display unit. The control unit controls the display unit in a wireless scheme.
