An apparatus for keeping the temperature of preheated bunker C oil for a boiler is provided to reduce the installation cost and improve the economical efficiency by using heat medium oil for preheating bunker C oil and an electric heating member for heating the heat medium oil. An apparatus for keeping the temperature of preheated bunker C oil for a boiler comprises a first tank(120), a second tank(140) and a heating unit(200). The first tank is installed adjacent to a boiler(100) to store a predetermined amount of bunker C oil. The second tank supplies a predetermined amount of bunker C oil to the first tank. The heating unit includes an electric heating member(202) for heating heat medium oil. A pump(220) discharges the heat medium oil heated by the heating unit at a predetermined pressure. A first heat exchange pipe(240) allows the heat medium oil discharged from the pump to flow therethrough. A second heat exchange pipe(260) is connected with the first heat exchange pipe to allow the heat medium oil to flow therethrough.
