An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) antenna circuit device and an RFID card including the same are provided to improve transmission efficiency of the RFID card and increase production yield by forming the antenna device including a loop antenna and an RFID chip, which is connected to the loop antenna and is overlapped on a coil, while including a loop coil. A loop antenna(120) is formed on the surface of an FCCL(Flexible Copper Clad Laminate) substrate(100) in a lithographic process to having an end point(140) at an area close to a start point(130) while including a loop coil having the start point at one side and wound in an outer or inner direction. An RFID chip(180) is installed on the loop antenna, is electrically connected to the start and end points, and is overlapped on the loop antenna. The loop antenna is formed in a polygonal shape, and the coil at the start and end points is formed in a wave shape to place the RFID chip at the inner side of the loop antenna. The RFID chip includes an insulation film(150) at an upper or lower part. First and second connection elements(160,170) are formed on an upper part of the RFID chip and further includes an additional connection unit connected to the start and end points. |
