A built-in wall water panel having steel containing grooves and a pipe construction method using the same are provided to allow a buried member to be installed in steel concrete by using a plurality of steel containing grooves without damage to a wall steel bar. A built-in wall water panel having steel containing grooves comprises a buried member(10) having a box shape. The buried member is formed with a plurality of pipe holes(15) through which cool and hot water pipes pass. The buried member includes mounting units(16) for mounting of a connection socket(70a) of a connection pipe(70) installed therein. Steel containing grooves are formed among the mounting units to allow wall steel bars to be mounted thereon. The buried member includes an upper steel locking member(11) having a hook shape, a lower steel locking member(12) and a socket mounting unit(13). The upper steel locking member is provided at the upper portion of the buried member and is opened rearward. The lower steel locking member is provided at the lower portion of the buried member to fix the installed steel bars. |
