A ventilation device used in a tire vulcanizing mold is provided to improve air discharge performance of the ventilation device by preventing a ventilation hole from being clogged by ventilation rubber. A ventilation device used in a tire vulcanizing mold comprises a body(1) installed in a ventilation hole of the tire vulcanizing mold, a discharge hole(2) eccentrically formed relative to the body, an insertion member(12) inserted into an upper inner portion of the discharge hole, and a lifting member(3) coupled with the insertion member. The lifting member have upper and lower inclined surfaces(32,33), and the insertion member have upper and lower inclined surfaces(122,123) making contact with the upper and lower inclined surfaces of the lifting member.
