A semiconductor IC is provided to increase the noise margin by reducing external noises caused by input of an external reference voltage. A semiconductor IC(Integrated Circuit) includes a reference voltage pad(100), a reference voltage delivery unit(300), an internal reference voltage generation unit(400), and an input receiver(200). The reference voltage pad receives an external reference voltage. The reference voltage delivery unit connected between the reference voltage pad and a common node reduces noises introduced from the reference voltage pad and delivers the reduced noises to the common node. The internal reference voltage generation unit generates an internal reference voltage based on a source voltage and delivers the internal reference voltage to the common node. The input receiver is driven by receiving an output signal of the common node.
