An LCD glass panel dry apparatus is provided to rapidly dry moisture of a glass panel with high efficiency by injection of heated compression air and to manufacture a product of high quality by forming a dry atmosphere of high temperature in a dry performing point of the glass panel. An LCD glass panel dry apparatus includes a compression gas generation unit(10), a nozzle unit(20), a control unit and a heating unit(30). The compression gas generation unit generates compression gas. The nozzle unit is provided in an upper portion of a glass panel(1) to be connected to the compression air generation unit, and injects supplied compression gas to the glass panel. The heating unit is provided between the compression air generation unit and the nozzle unit, and converts the supplied compression gas into compression gas of high temperature to be heated. The nozzle unit has a heating lamp(22) being spaced apart from one side of an injection point of the compression gas for forming a heating atmosphere in a lower portion of the glass panel. The control unit controls the driving of the compressor, the heating unit and a conveyor(6) according to a signal inputted from a signal input unit. |
