An apparatus for supplying voltages of a semiconductor IC is provided to enhance stability thereof by supplying a constant driving voltage to internal circuits even when noise of an external voltage is higher than a predetermined frequency. An apparatus for supplying voltages of a semiconductor IC(Integrated Circuit) includes a control signal generator(100) and a driving voltage generator(200). The control signal generator generates a preliminary voltage with the same level as a reference voltage and a voltage control signal in response to the level difference between the preliminary voltage and the reference voltage, which results from noises of the preliminary voltage. The driving voltage generator generates a noise-removed driving voltage with the same level as the preliminary voltage in response to the voltage control signal.
