A method for manufacturing a flexible flat cable is provided to shield electromagnetic waves generated from or applied to a plurality of conductors by forming first and second conductive layers on first and second insulation films. A method for manufacturing a flexible flat cable includes the steps of: punching one of first and second insulating films(23,25) made of thermal adhesive synthetic resin; bonding the first and second insulating films while interposing a plurality of conductors(21) to expose the conductors in correspondence to the punched part of one of the first and second insulating films; covering the exposed parts of the conductors with a protective film; forming first and second primer layers(29) by coating adhesive synthetic resin on surfaces of the first and second insulating films; forming first and second conductive layers(33) by depositing conductive metal on surfaces of the first and second primer layers; forming first and second anti-oxidation layers(37) by coating viscous or adhesive insulating synthetic resin on surfaces of the first and second conductive layers; and plating after removing the protective film covered on the exposed parts of the conductors.
