A hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generating system is provided to increase electrolytic efficiency by supplying water through nano-particle former and generating hydrogen and oxygen from anode and cathode electrodes. A hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generating system comprises an electrolyte tank(10), an electrode unit(20), a mixed gas separating filter(50), a collecting part(60), a first filter unit(70), and a first gas line(75). The electrode unit has a plurality of anode and cathode electrodes(25,26), first and second lines(21,22) which are connected with a lower side of the electrolyte tank, and a third line(23) for supplying the hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas to the electrolyte tank. The mixed gas separating filter is installed in the electrolyte tank. The collecting part collects the mixed gas which is separated by the mixed gas separating filter. The first filter unit prevents the mixed gas from being flowed backward. The first gas line connects the collecting part with the first filter unit. The third line is placed at an upper side of the first and second lines. A mixed gas flow preventing plate(40) is formed between the first and second lines and the third line. A circulation pump(30) is connected with the first line or the second line to circulate the electrolyte. A nano particle forming part(35) is installed at the first line or the second line.
